Duane Stullich has over 25 years of experience advising owners and stakeholders of middle-market companies. He is actively working with companies across an array of consumer sectors including food and beverage, healthy and active living, enthusiast products, and franchising. An area of particular focus is e-commerce, digitally native consumer brands, and industry sectors being disrupted by D2C business models.
In 2002, Stullich co-founded Focal-Point Partners, where he helped spearhead the firm’s expansion to become one of the fastest-growing middle market investment banks in the country. In 2022, he played a critical role in the firm’s sale to B. Riley Financial. FocalPoint, as a division of B. Riley Securities, leverages an extended platform of capabilities and continues to deliver best-in-class advisory services to clients, including mergers and acquisitions, debt placements, and financial restructurings. Prior to co-founding FocalPoint, Stullich was a key contributor to the corporate finance department at Houlihan Lokey.
