Raul Salinas serves as the partner-incharge in Los Angeles of Frost Brown Todd AlvaradoSmith. Salinas is a bilingual Los Angeles-based lawyer representing private sector clients in a number of industry segments including middle-market and Fortune 500 corporations, and multi-national Latin American-based companies. Salinas is lead counsel on behalf of a number of institutional clients in employment, health care, telecommunication and public entity representation. Over the course of his career as a trial attorney, Salinas has appeared in federal and state courts throughout California, including the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal, and the California Supreme Court.
