Louise Truong has become the go-to labor and employment lawyer for some of the biggest names and brands in Hollywood. Throughout her career, Truong has represented virtually every major player in the media and entertainment industry, securing favorable resolutions for clients such as CBS and Red Bull despite contentious litigation.
When she’s not defending her clients, Truong regularly provides counseling on mitigating risk and advice on best practices for employment policies and procedures. Truong effortlessly juggles mentorship and pro bono work, and she goes above and beyond her day-to-day work by consistently bringing in new business for the firm and helping her partners wherever she can. She recently represented Netflix in a discrimination and retaliation lawsuit brought by well-known comedian, Mo’Nique Hicks. Truong and the MSK team brought the case to a favorable resolution when Hicks agreed to end all litigation in June 2022.
