As a litigation shareholder, Pacheco is a member of its nationally recognized Government Investigations & White Collar Defense group, which focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations and complex business litigation. Pacheco typically advises a wide range of organizations and individuals including public and private companies and nonprofit entities. His areas of focus include medical centers, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and laboratories as well as physicians and physician groups. Included among his clients are studios, post-production companies, software companies, medical centers, hospitals, brokerage firms and more.
