After Malcolm Davies launched real estate capital advisory firm WAY Capital with partner Zachary Streit in early 2022, the WAY team has secured over $1 billion in financing across the U.S., equaling more than $1.5 billion in capitalizations. With less than a year in business, the firm is already competing with some of the most established capital advisory firms in the nation.
WAY Capital provides sophisticated financing solutions by leveraging its expansive capital network, proprietary ‘Deal Champion’ strategy and dedicated personnel. This approach allows the firm to act as its clients’ outsourced CFO organization to aid in the growth of their platforms. Strong demand for WAY’s services prompted Davies and his business partner to open a second office in Nashville, Tennessee to accommodate the company’s growing business in the Southeast. They’re already contemplating offices in other parts of the country, too.
