Robert Rubenstein is a senior executive and lawyer with more than 24 years of experience leading and managing transactions, compliance, internal controls, development and operations for high growth U.S. companies doing business around the world. His practice includes work on material public company mergers and acquisitions, international development, securities, internal investigations and litigation.
Rubenstein is currently the General Counsel and Secretary of Divergent Technologies, Inc., a technology and development licensing company specializing in proprietary manufacturing systems for modular vehicle structures constructed without the need for expensive tooling. He also has extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry and is one of only a few lawyers to have developed properties in the US and Asia and to have resolved some of the industry’s most complex regulatory issues in Las Vegas, Asia and the East Coast.
