Mary Ellen Kanoff is General Counsel of Peninsula Pacific, an SEC registered investment adviser focused on longterm private equity investments, managing businesses in the consumer, gaming and industrial service sectors. Since joining Peninsula Pacific in July 2013, she has established the legal department and handles the legal and business affairs aspects for development, acquisitions, dispositions, legal compliance including SEC and state registration, litigation, and investment activities of Peninsula Pacific and certain of its affiliates. She serves on the board of Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc. and Vorteq Coil Finishers, LLC, two of Peninsula Pacific’s portfolio companies.
Kanoff is a significant leader in her field and in public service, having been recognized as a leading partner in the private sector for over thirty-five years, but also contributing at the same time through significant volunteer work in the community, which also spans over 30 years.
