Aminian co-heads Akin Gump’s firmwide technology industry initiative, having relocated from Washington, D.C. to California to assist with furthering the firm’s strength and depth across the technology industry.

As part of her practice, Aminian focuses on highly complex regulatory matters regarding U.S. export controls, sanctions, and trade policy, with a particular emphasis on U.S.-China relations.
