A key member of Sidley Austin LLP’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice, Yeh is renowned for his representations of both publicly traded companies and emerging businesses in industries including energy, oil and gas, real estate, media and entertainment, advertising and technology.
Yeh leads a multi-state team of Sidley lawyers on behalf of ASICS America, litigating contractual rights and obligations of a shoe manufacturer selling left-over closeout shoes to a distributor. He also co-leads the Sidley team representing Ashford University and Zovio Inc. in a bet-the-company case for one of the nation’s leading online universities, brought by the California Attorney General, which will test the extent to which robust compliance programs can be used as a defense to unfair competition claims brought by law enforcement.
