D. Jason Lyon is a litigation partner at Hahn & Hahn LLP. His practice focuses on commercial litigation involving disputes concerning trade secrets, breach of contract, and fraud. Prior to joining Hahn & Hahn, Lyon was an associate with Latham & Watkins, practicing in the Complex Commercial Litigation and Securities Litigation groups.
Among Lyon’s successes has been his work recently completing a two-week trial prosecuting claims involving real estate developers’ breach of contract, fraud, and hidden assets (judgment is pending). He is also currently defending alleged breach of contract, business tort, and extortion claims for client in the medical industry; successfully defended multiple anti-SLAPP motions against cross-complaint, and recently argued the matter again in the Court of Appeal (opinion is pending). He is currently prosecuting a seven-figure direct and derivative for fraud and theft by management in closely held meat processing company.
