Jeff Rosenfeld has extensive trial experience defending a wide variety of class actions and high-stakes litigation in both state and federal courts across the nation. He regularly counsels and represents clients in corporate governance and partnership disputes, as well as in a variety of other claims typically experienced by individual and corporate stakeholders. Rosenfeld  has an accomplished track record of defeating threatened and actual claims at every stage of litigation, including at trial. He has also negotiated settlements of numerous matters without litigation. Recent matters include serving as lead counsel to Fairchild Semiconductor (now ON Semiconductor) at trial in a suit alleging various claims of breach of warranty; and serving as lead defense counsel in significant litigation pending in Los Angeles Superior Court regarding payment of an alleged $25 million-plus broker’s commission in the sale of a pharmaceutical company.
