For more than 30 years, Dean Rallis has focused his practice in the areas of business reorganization, corporate insolvency, commercial and bankruptcy litigation, commercial transactions, as well as the acquisition of assets and businesses in bankruptcy court and out-of-court workouts. He has functioned as lead counsel for secured creditors, debtors, creditors’ committees and purchasers in the bankruptcy, restructuring and liquidation of companies. Rallis has extensive experience in real estate, business and commercial transactions and workouts, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and transportation industries. He has appeared on behalf of clients in matters pending throughout the country. He recently represented class representatives in connection with an approximate $10 million class claim against the debtor, Galileo Learning, which held the largest unsecured claim in the case. Rallis negotiated the terms of a settlement agreement and plan of reorganization resulting in the full payment of the claim.Â
