Bagiryan has over 18 years of banking experience. Over the years, he worked on different companies and industries with needs for working capital financing, acquisitions & merger financing, dividend recapitalization, asset based lending, business term loans, merchant solutions, real estate loans and treasury management. Among his areas of focus are the e-commerce and food segments, given the number of companies he banked over the years in those arenas.
