Larry co-founded Bond Companies in 1987. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in real estate and finance. He has been a speaker at numerous universities and conferences including Urban Land Institute, National Association of Home Builders and International Council of Shopping Centers and globally at Young President Organizations International Edge conferences. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement, the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust, former chapter chair of two YPO Chapters, and the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. He chaired the largest global CEO conference in Vancouver for over 3,000 CEO’s and is a former board member of Homeland Security Advisory Council. He currently serves on several boards including Morgan Properties, a top 5 owner of apartments in the U.S.
