Duane Stullich is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of FocalPoint Partners, a leading investment bank with offices in Los Angeles and Chicago. FocalPoint was founded in 2002 by Stullich and Nishen Radia, who met while they were full-time students at UCLA Anderson School of Management. Under the leadership of Stullich and the other Managing Partners, FocalPoint has grown to approximately 40 employees and completed transactions totaling approximately $8 billion.
During the last year, Stullich has closed transactions with total aggregate value of approximately $750 million. These transactions were completed with the who’s who of private equity, including TSG Consumer, TPG Growth, New Water Capital and Wynnchurch Capital. They also span a broad variety of transaction types, including the minority recap of a fast growing branded CPG company, the distressed sale of a challenged retail business with over 500 locations, a debt financing for a food manufacturing business that was in the midst of building a new facility, and a control recap of a health and wellness business.
