Dr. James Kyle is the Medical Director for Quality Improvement at L.A. Care Health Plan where he oversees its HEDIS, accreditation and quality performance management functions. Previously he served as a Medical Director at PIH Health.
He is a graduate of the Loma Linda University with a BA in Religion and the UCLA School of Medicine, where he completed his Internal Medicine Residency.
