For more than three decades R. Todd Doney, Vice Chairman at CBRE, has achieved performance records very few commercial real estate brokers in Los Angeles can claim. This past year was no exception. Throughout 2017, Doney completed 109 lease and sale transactions, valued well over $787 million and totaling 3.2 million square feet. In fact, Doney’s revenue this past year ranked among the highest for a commercial leasing broker in the history of CBRE in the Greater Los Angeles region. Some of his notable highlights in 2017 include facilitating the relocation of Nestle’s U.S. headquarters from Glendale to Arlington, Virginia, totaling 267,000 square feet; and Northern Trust’s lease for 463,000 square feet in Chicago. He also represented Quest Diagnostics in its renewal and extension of 200,000 square feet in West Hills.

Kevin Shannon joined Newmark Knight Frank in December 2015 as president of West Coast Capital Markets. In this role, he leads a team of 15 professionals focused on the disposition and acquisition of investment properties on behalf of both domestic and offshore investors. Over the past 20 years, Shannon has sold and marketed more than $45 billion of office, industrial, self-storage, retail, land and mixed-use assets. His experience includes 100% fee simple, partial interest recapitalizations and joint venture transactions. Shannon has spent his career helping clients structure transactions to best meet their goals. Notably, he brokered the largest office sales in the Western United States in 2010, 2011 and 2012 and the second largest in 2013. The 2012 sale, in which Amazon.com headquarters traded hands for $1.6 billion, was also the largest commercial sale in the country.
