Abramowitz is truly a unique LA-advisor who has spent his entire career with the same partners. While Adam began his investment career working across a broad range of industries, for the past few years, he has helped to build and grow Intrepid’s Healthcare Group to one of the most active in the Western U.S. Today, in healthcare, he advises companies in the physician practice management, life science and behavioral healthcare spaces working with dynamic entrepreneurs.
During a career spanning more than 19 years of healthcare finance experience, Bluth has assisted clients in mandates, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, capital raising and management consulting. Jonathan brings a unique perspective to M&A advisory services, leveraging his prior roles as management consultant and vice president of finance for a publicly traded healthcare services organization.
The team maintains extensive relationships with strategic buyers and financial sponsors across these sectors and have helped various middle-market companies realize an optimal value with various forms of financing and M&A initiatives.
