Kate Gold



With over 25 years of experience representing clients in a range of industries, across all areas of employment law, partner Kate Gold is a versatile litigator with experience in all types of employment-related suits facing California and national employers. Her expertise includes class and collective actions, discrimination, retaliation and harassment, non-compete and wage/hour matters. Gold also regularly conducts high-level workplace investigations and is a trusted advisor to clients on reductions in force and compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations, including those arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nina Huerta
