THE LATEST: Garrett Lee runs the development arm of Koreatownbased Jamison, focusing on multifamily projects. Under his leadership, family-owned Jamison Properties has built 1,600 apartment units and 100,000 square feet of retail space, mainly in Koreatown and downtown. The group has 15 projects with 3,000 units under construction.

BACKGROUND: Lee attended USC for undergraduate studies and law school. He is on the board for the Korean American Coalition.
