George Noreika has been named a supervisor in the non-profit accounting and auditing department of Roth Bookstein & Zaslow LLP in West Los Angeles. He will work with non-profit organizations as well as general business clients. Also, Vincent Bozanic has joined the company as a supervisor in the general accounting and auditing department. He will work with insurance, title and escrow companies and general business clients. Bozanic was previously a senior auditor with Glantz & Black.
Debi Weiss has been named a marketing executive for Ernst & Young LLP in Los Angeles. She will work in the tax practice unit for the Pacific Southwest area. Weiss was previously marketing director for Brown, Leifer, Slatkin + Berns LLP.
Debbie Zimmerman has been appointed executive vice president of Stonefield Josephson Inc. in Santa Monica. Her responsibilities will include managing the Santa Monica and Newport Beach offices and providing audit, management advisory and bankruptcy services to businesses and executives. Zimmerman serves as president of the International Association of Practicing Accountants.

Tracy Hauser and Bronwen La Grue have been named executive producers for Miss Jones, a new design and commercial production company in Santa Monica. Hauser will oversee marketing and live action productions, and La Grue will oversee spot post-production and production of other media.
Denise Miller and Julie Katakura have been promoted to co-creative directors of Wiley & Associates in Westlake Village. Miller was most recently a copywriter and Katakura was an art director for the agency.
Chelsea Roe has been promoted to group account director for DDB Los Angeles. She will oversee the implementation of client advertising objectives and strategies. Roe was previously a management supervisor for the firm.

Erwin J & #252;rgensen has been named manager of Latin American accounts for Air New Zealand in its El Segundo office. J & #252;rgensen was most recently manager of international market sales for Aerov & #237;as de Mexico.

Ray A. Landy has been appointed vice president and practice manager for DMJM’s construction and facilities management practice in Los Angeles. His duties will include expanding facilities management, design/build functions and advanced technology. Landy was previously project manager of architectural and engineering services at Universal City Walk.
Helen Watts has joined Nadel Architects in Los Angeles as director of marketing. She will be responsible for strategic planning of marketing and business development. Watts was previously director of business development at LVI Environmental Services Inc.

Scott Aney has joined California Federal Bank as senior vice president and regional director of commercial banking in the Sherman Oaks office. He will oversee commercial banking activities in the San Fernando Valley/Ventura County region. Aney was most recently a vice president of credit products for Bank of America.

David Clark has been appointed vice president of e-commerce for Warner Bros. Studio Stores in Burbank. He will be responsible for the technical and production aspects of the Web site as well as development of merchandise strategies and expanded marketing partnerships. Clark was previously vice president and merchandise manager for Target Stores.
Stephen Hagey has been named vice president of editorial services for Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City. He will be responsible for preparing management communications and will work with the human resources and media relations departments in internal and external communication. Hagey was most recently director of management communications for Kodak.
Craig Mumma has been named head of production for VisionArt Design and Animation in Santa Monica. He will oversee day-to-day operations involving the production staff, digital effects, equipment and production. Mumma previously worked on visual effects for R/Greenberg Associates West.
Holly Newman has been named executive vice president of publishing for Crave Entertainment in Los Angeles. She will be responsible for marketing, external development and sales of published products. Newman was most recently vice president of marketing for GT Interactive.
Justin Pierce has been promoted to executive vice president of media relations for Columbia TriStar Television Group in Culver City. He will oversee communications for the company’s three divisions: Columbia TriStar Television, Columbia TriStar Television Distribution and Columbia TriStar International Television. Pierce was previously vice president of media relations.
Brian Yell has been promoted to executive vice president of international operations for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer in Santa Monica. He will represent the studio in the operation of United International Pictures and will oversee financial support services for existing and new operations in Europe. Yell was most recently managing director of the division.

Clifton Gaus has been named executive vice president and chief administrative officer of WellPoint Health Networks Inc. in Thousand Oaks. He is responsible for provider networks, medical care management programs, public affairs, market research and product branding. Gaus was previously a senior vice president of research and development for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Inc.
Kari Dreyer-Goldman has been named associate vice president of health care delivery for Molina Medical Center in Long Beach. She is responsible for provider services, compliance and contracting. Dreyer-Goldman was previously regional director of provider network management for HealthNet.

Robert Logan has been appointed director of food and beverage for Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. He will oversee day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets. Logan was most recently food and beverage manager for the Palace Hotel in Beijing.

Les Ireland has been promoted to president of Price Pfister in Pacoima. Among other things, he will develop the building products group. Ireland was most recently vice president of sales.

Chris Ballard has been named associate publisher for Movieline magazine in Los Angeles. He was most recently vice president of sales and marketing at AutoWeb Worldwide Publishing. Also, Jennifer Whitmer has been named to the new post of West Coast advertising manager for the magazine. She was previously account manager and sales representative at Magazine Services Inc.
Beth Tepper has been named to the new post of director of marketing and promotions for Premiere Radio Networks in Los Angeles. She is responsible for creating promotional and sponsorship opportunities for clients. Tepper was most recently vice president of Market Leader Radio.
