Dr. Benita Tamrazi joined Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) in 2014 where she leads an active clinical practice with a special interest in brain tumor imaging as well as imaging of post treatment effects in brain tumor patients. Since joining CHLA, she has published over 40 peer reviewed manuscripts, as well as authored eight book chapters. As the neuroradiologist in charge of imaging protocols and interpretation for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Consortium Clinical Trials at CHLA, Dr. Tamrazi is in the unique position of providing critical information to the neuro-oncologists and neurosurgeons regarding the preoperative assessment of brain tumors.
