Rachael Waller is Senior Vice President of the Pacific Series of Lockton. She joined Lockton in 2011 and served as Senior Project Manager before being promoted to head Lockton’s Production Resource Group (PRG). Her group drives strategic growth and interacts with every aspect of Lockton’s service model to support the largest and fastest growing Producers. She is responsible for monitoring, managing and assisting with the pre-renewal and renewal processes as well as client-specific projects. She leads communications across the entire Lockton team, ensuring all commitments are executed. She is the youngest senior executive in the 30-year history of the company’s operations in the Pacific. She was also appointed to the company’s new Operating Committee, which shares responsibility for the overall leadership of the Pacific Series, the fastest growing series in Lockton. Since heading the PRG, she has doubled the department and the number of Lockton Producers who support it.
