Enjoy most: Leading a great staff, working on an issue that is important to Angelenos, and meeting the most inspiring people – our clients.
Toughest challenge: The perception by employers that men and women with criminal backgrounds won’t be great employees.
Most excited: The voters of both L.A. City and County have decided to invest serious tax dollars to address homelessness.
Best advice: Do much more listening than talking, and remember that the people with the best ideas in an organization are those closest to our clients.
