Former Chairman and Chief Executive, Northrop Grumman Corp.

Ronald Sugar has stayed active in business since retiring in 2010 as chairman and chief executive of global security and defense company Northrop Grumman Corp. He is a board member of Chevron, Air Lease Corp., Amgen Inc., and Apple Inc. Sugar is a senior adviser to various businesses and organizations, including Ares Management, a leading private investment firm; the World 50, which enables peer-to-peer exchanges for current and former senior executives from some of the world’s largest companies; and Bain & Co., the global consulting firm. He has also been involved with various nonprofit organizations including Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association.
