Wilshire Grand Skyscraper Topping Out in March

The West Coast’s tallest skyscraper is scheduled to be topped out in March, according to DTLA Rising. The tower portion of Wilshire Grand, which has been built over the past two years, will be 1,100 feet high upon completion.
