Development Proposed in Valley Neighborhood

A $150-million mixed-use project has been proposed at a vacant site in Panorama City, according to the Los Angeles Times. The former Montgomery Ward site was bought by a Beverly Hills developer who plans to turn the nearly 9-acre location into an apartment and shopping complex, the largest development in years in that working class area.
