It’s Official: NFL Teams Ask to Move to L.A.

The Chargers, Rams and Raiders filed relocation applications with the NFL on Monday, ESPN reports. The filings were expected but make the requests official. A six-member NFL committee, presumably weighing which two of the three teams can move, will make a formal recommendation to the rest of the NFL’s ownership at or before a meeting in Houston on Jan. 12 and 13.
