State Regulators Suggest Easing Water Conservation Requirements

State regulators have suggested rolling back the conservation requirements that limit urban water use across California, the Los Angeles Times reports. The State Water Resources Control Board recommended dropping the water usage restrictions from 25 percent to 22 percent statewide. The board will vote on the changes in February.
