Janice Hahn Demands New Rules for Port

Representative Janice Hahn is calling for independent oversight of the Port of Los Angeles in order to improve its air quality. It has been found that the port failed to implement court-mandated measures to reduce harmful emissions at its China Shipping terminal, one of its busiest, the Los Angeles Times reports.
