High Cost of Living

As if rents weren’t expensive enough in L.A., they seem to be creeping up, according to a new Harvard University Joint Center for Housing Studies report. It states that 58.5 percent of renters in L.A. and Orange Counties spent more than 30 percent of their income on housing last year, the Los Angeles Times reports.
