Safety Meeting Date Set

The Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board that is investigating the February explosion at the Exxon Mobil Corp. refinery in Torrance has set a January date for a public hearing, the Daily Breeze reports. Another hazardous materials leak occurred at the refinery in Torrance Wednesday, the same day the announcement was made.
