EPA Eyeing Exxon Mobil

The Environmental Protection Agency is investigating Exxon Mobil Corp. for possibly downplaying the potential impact of an industrial disaster at its Torrance refinery, the Daily Breeze reports. Two South Bay congress members also accused ExxonMobil earlier this year of failing to cooperate fully with a federal investigation in the wake of an explosion last February.
