West L.A. private debt firm Crescent Capital announced Monday that it has provided a credit facility for the recapitalization of Interfloor Group Ltd., a Lancashire, England, flooring accessories company. Loan terms were not disclosed.

Santa Monica’s Clearlake Capital Group announced Tuesday that it had completed the sale of Atlanta sports marketing company PrimeSport Holdings Inc. to an investor group that includes New York private equity giant Carlyle Group. Clearlake will roll over an equity stake in the company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
