Chinese Visa Change is Good for California Tourism

Chinese tourists spent more than $2 billion in California last year and that number is expected to skyrocket, thanks to a decision by the United States to allow Chinese tourists and business people multiple-entry visas valid for up to 10 years, KPBS reports.
