Incoming: Redondo Beach’s First Tattoo Parlor

After a zoning provision that banned tattoo parlors was deemed unconstitutional in neighboring Hermosa Beach, the Redondo Beach City Council on Tuesday began paving the way for tattoo shops to open there, too, the Daily Breeze reports.
