Retail Shuffle: Home Depot Exec to Join J.C. Penney

Home Depot’s Executive Vice President Marvin Ellison will become J.C. Penney Co.’s chief executive next year, taking over for Myron Ullman, who will become executive chairman of the retailer’s board, the Wall Street Journal reports.
