Trippy: Caltrans Removes Psychedelic Cover from Report

In an attempt to get people to actually read the study, Caltrans and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority added a psychedelic cover page to their 1,316-page report on the High Desert Corridor, featuring two raptors with peace signs on their wings flying on neon bicycles, the Los Angeles Times reports. After the cover page received some Internet attention, it was removed from the Caltrans website.
