Gov. Brown Vetoes Bill Limiting Estate Recovery

Gov. Jerry Brown vetoed a bill on Thursday that would have limited the state’s seizure of assets from the estates of Californians enrolled in Medi-Cal after they die, the San Jose Mercury News reports.
