Goodnight and Co., which builds sets and props for commercials, awards shows and stage production, is thriving despite business trends sending production work outside of Los Angeles. The company has a core staff of 20 employees that can grow by more than 100 people during awards season or other busy times, the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
