Markets Rise

In Monday morning trading, the Dow Jones industrial average rose 86 points, or 0.6 percent, to 15,924.

The Nasdaq was up 12 points, or 0.3 percent, to 4,095.

The S&P 500 ticked up 10 points, or 0.6 percent, to 1,792.
