Nasdaq Rises; Dow, S&P and LABJ Fall

In Tuesday trading, the Dow Jones industrial average closed down 21 points to 15,618.

The Nasdaq rose 3 points to 3,940.

The S&P 500 fell 5 points to 1,763.

The LABJ Stock Index fell more than 1 point to 175.
