In Friday trading, the Dow Jones industrial average closed down 185 points, or 1 percent, to 15,591.

The Nasdaq fell 15 points to 3,775.

The S&P 500 fell 12 points to 1,710.

The LABJ Stock Index fell 1 point to 172
