Markets Rebound in Morning Trading

In Tuesday morning trading, the Dow Jones industrial average was up 118 points, or 1 percent, to 13,998.

The Nasdaq rose 31 points, or 1 percent, to 3,162.

The S&P 500 rose 14 points, or 1 percent, to 1,510.
