Stocks Up in Early Trading

In Wednesday morning trading, the Dow Jones industrial average rose 40 points to 13,604.

The Nasdaq rose 4 point to 3,182.

The S&P 500 rose 4 points to 1,462.

The LABJ Stock Index was unchanged at 140.
