On Tuesday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up 51 points, or nearly 0.4 percent to 13,168.
The Nasdaq rose 26 points, or 0.8 percent to 3,015.
The S&P 500 rose 7 points, or 0.5 percent, to 1,401.
The LABJ Stock Index rose 0.5 points, or 0.4 percent to $136.
