The Brickman Group on Wednesday said that it has acquired Dworsky Cos., a large Los Angeles commercial landscape services firm, for an undisclosed amount.

Dworsky Cos. was founded in 2002 by Dave Dworsky, who has been in the commercial landscaping industry more than 20 years. Its client list includes the Hughes Center, Sun America and Equity Office Properties.

Brickman of Gaithersburg, Md. is a 72-year-old landscape management provider. Dworsky brings four branches to its 15-location portfolio in Southern California and more than 170 branches in 30 states.

“In Dworsky Cos., we have acquired a fellow family-owned-and-operated firm with deep roots in Los Angeles, which is one of the last major markets we have yet to serve,” Brickman Executive Vice President Mike Bogan said in a statement.
