Call him Mr. Real Estate, if you will. Art Kleinman, head of Ten West Associates in West Covina, owns office buildings and residences throughout the state, with a large concentration of them in Los Angeles County. But the home he lives in above the Sunset Strip may not be one of those holdings for long. He just listed it at $6.3 million.
Kleinman founded his company in 1986. There’s nothing like buying a home belonging to a lady of taste, sold to her by a lady of equally good taste.
Interior designer Sandy Koepke of Sandy Koepke Interior Design is selling her Beverly Hills-area Spanish-style home for $1.4 million. She bought the property in the mid-1990s from Betty Graham, the grand dame of Coldwell Banker. Graham, who has been president and chief executive for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Greater Los Angeles, was recently named president of Coldwell Banker Previews International division for CB’s parent company, NRT.

Baer previously held senior media sales management positions at the Los Angeles Daily News, CBS Broadcasting and the Internet Broadcasting System.
