Kristin Witzenburg has been named vice president of marketing at Hughes Aircraft Employees Federal Credit Union in Manhattan Beach. She will be responsible for organizing public relations for the company’s position regarding “The Credit Union Membership Access Act,” currently before Congress. Witzenberg previously was director of marketing at Xerox Federal Credit Union.

Greg Brown has been named corporate director of front office systems at the hotel division of Hilton Hotels Corp. He will be responsible for testing Hilton’s new central reservations system. Brown previously served as general manager of the San Francisco Airport Hilton.
