The Business Journal had several inaccuracies in its Aug. 18 story, “Northrop Studies Plans to Convert Bomber Plant to Mixed-Use Center.” In fact, Northrop Grumman Corp. does not plan to retain ownership of the Pico Rivera site and then lease it to a developer.The city’s plan for future use of the site will include four approved options, including a mixed-use center. But the final selection of those options will be made by the purchaser, not Northrop Grumman.
